torVs

sunflowers by torVs baha na lagi by torVs cabanatuan city public market by torVs

I just can’t seem to get enough of torVs breathtaking gallery. With only twelve pieces it still manages to impress. torVs small gallery has a WOW-factor like larger galleries because every single piece has the same high quality and delicate features. This artist creates depth and intensity by maintaining the vibrant pigment of his watercolors. Take a look and I’m sure you’ll be as amazed as I was.

ssup

Bronze sportsman by ssup monk by ssup Dreaming Away by ssup

ssup has an incredible gift for layering textures to achieve a beautiful other worldly feel. Surreal paintings at their finest, his works spark inner dialog and connect the viewer to his unique vision. I strongly recommend spending some time with his incredible paintings and have a browse through his clever sculptures while you're there.

NazimMehmet

the talisman by NazimMehmet the composition 6 by NazimMehmet the fairutale by NazimMehmet

In my watch list, there is one artist in particular that never disappoints with his new work. NazimMehmet has an amazing gallery and a wonderful handle on mood, lighting, craftsmanship and color. All the works in this artist's gallery are amazing, and definitely worth mooning (and drooling) over.

al1 has a gallery that is fantastical in every way. Wonderful characters combined with believable, detailed illustrations give this deviant some of the best digital works I've ever had the pleasure of viewing. And the colours! Wow! I've never seen such masterful use of colour and shading before! This gallery is not one to miss, for each artwork is a masterpiece in and of itself. I wish I could show you more than three thumbs; hell, I'd show you his whole gallery if I could. In one word: Powerful.

I can't get enough of her fashion portraits. They are daring and modern. sarinni knows what she wants from her models and execute her photos in the most brilliant fashion.

Reverie by eggwacker Enclosed by eggwacker Bob by eggwacker

eggwacker's gallery is full of amazing works, but his black and white photography particularly stands out to me. He draws you in with powerful emotion, and it feels as if time has stopped in each scene he captures.

This gallery makes me wish I'd done better in math. kit258 uses such bold lines and strong angles in her photography - and not just architecturally either. An everyday horizon through her eyes may show you something new.

Haikuwrimo - Redux
May 6th
a deserted street —
the solitary lamp
hangs its head
May 11th
we lie still
amongst the wild roses
May 17th
in static earlymorning
the sun travels low like a missile
May 24th
the moth wings silently
tracking by the moon
Three Days' Notice
Three Days’ Notice
Walk through the park, down to the river,
The new high-rise apartments, city development scheme,
A blue satin ribbon and necklace of daisies
won’t make you feel at home.
Escaping memories of day-trips abroad, candlelit honeymoons
laid to rest in these sun-filled graveyards.
You glimpse a movement beyond the furthest trees
and forget to walk me home.
Drive you across town to the movie theatre
Closed down for the first time last September.
Tonight’s showing: adolescent rocks and fragments of glass;
À La Recherche Du Temps Perdu.
In these fragile interiors, the new day begun,
harsh morning reflections to steal my last goodbye.
You hold my hand up to the light
and comment on the approaching winter.

What I find so lovely about blindsuperhero's poetry is that I feel like I'm actually in his world when I read it. He writes with great eloquence and with a style he has adopted as his own. Each piece brings a story to contrast with the wonderful imagery that he writes so well. Certainly someone who understands poetry and its form!

Airs, or...What a mournful seat
you make
of me,
standing me
up sitting.
metamorphosisthe sun can't sleep and
landing,
layla fell back,
fixed her hair her
torn black cocoon,
then drew in
drew out dragged
the night her
namesake with her,
crawled forever away.
augustine's valentineWhile loving
a fragile impossibility,
I thought to call her name,
Synecdoche,
and loved her whole
deathly leap;
I've heard a child's birth
is its mother's renascence.
We shared a vision:
Dying gangly tiresias in hoarse homily,
holding our faces in outspread hands,
we noticed:
god, he is tired for sooth,
not even heeding a word.
He washed the idols in the mud,
scratched and smashed them in the caverns,
apple of the earth's blind eyes,
mingling with the birds.

nart's gallery is small, but very efficient in supplying any poem hungry reader with quality poetry. His poetry is constructed intricately, leaving a little room to think.

Many poets use peculiar and fancy form as a tool to distract you from the fact that their poetry is not very good. any-other-name however uses it as a tool to accentuate well written poetry full of detailed descriptions and imagery. His work is a delight to read.
