[ paperzopilote's Gallery ]
The reds in ~paperzopilote's works are haunting, and all the elements directly sending to blood, flesh and death are making you feel an accute fear. However, they have a subtle sensitivity which adds big to the effect.

[ ikillspiders's Gallery ]
~ikillspiders's writing is peculiar in the way her poetry flows from one stanza to the next, and even sometimes just from one line to the next. However, this peculiarity is part of what makes her writing so appealing.
the aristocracy is dead
one word related cross-culturally
produces excesses of meaning.
in the end, those that have found
the secret to life
are the farthest from it.
and there are only questions
(a declaration of peace
the last and final of them all)
and there are only questions
(the stringent paradise
of commands and chains)
and there are only questions
(for you there is love
and for others there are lovers)
and for me there are only questions.

the aristocracy is dead
and all that i see left of it
are guests lists
ordered in pairs:
memorization made easy
as you put away one
by remembering the other.

funny how our collectivized
bourgeoisie
blending in
i am seventy-five percent done,
staring patiently at a little white tablet,
the number 20 carved into it,
blending into the piece of paper
on which it is sitting.

there is a whole bottle of these tablets.
they sit, unmoving, inside a cabinet.
no one knows they are there,
but it is the first place they would look,
if they had any suspicions.

but they don't. i am waiting for
the last twenty-five percent.
look up, i am smiling. you don't think
i would ever have a reason not to.
but you don't think i could on my own.
linesHe is composed of fine lines:
Skin stretched tight over a femur;
A delicate pair of knees and ankles
Bending in perfect right angles.
A hip slanting downward or a
Jutting wrist bone,
A fan of fingers on curving ribs,
Which brush gently over a collarbone,
A cheekbone, a nose.

He is a collection of lines which I
Would put together if I could,
But as I begin to follow one,
I get lost in all the others.
And as I tap out rhythms,
Trying to find a reflex or a pulse,
I dive into a jaw line,
A falling Adam’s apple;
I am caught in his throat.

[ andoart's Gallery ]
It was interesting to see the images compositions that !andoart presents, and what called my attention even more was the technique, is unusual, Wood burning, also known as pyrography, is the craft of touching wood or leather with a heated poker to produce decorative burn marks. A wide range of decorative effects can be achieved by varying the size or shape of the poker tip, the temperature of the tip, and the speed at which the tip is moved over the surface of the wood or leather. Check more out if interested by following this link = [link] and don't forget to visit this artist's gallery.

~chromophobicrayons has a beautiful way with words, poignant and measured. I can't wait to see what these random snippets of thought and emotion will become.

an ocean is blue, salty, and treacherous. greedy clouds drink it in, forcing our dreams to dehydrate - why are they always so thirsty? it's a simple solution, really; lasso your dream with a leash, and keep it as a pet. don't forget to feed it daily, and keep in mind that all living things need water. the cl
